In Forgotten Hourglass playthroughs, leaves are visible, the fabric on the stairs and cobwebs are cleared, a stream of water flows beside the steps and the room is well-lit.

Trivia

• The dialogue that triggers when selecting the medal shows that it is given to the winner of a piano competition, but part of the name is faded away so it only displays "H". This, in reference to Hans, hints at his existence prior to his reveal, similar to the hint in the Library.
